I provide individual based art classes for those of any age with an interest in art, including adults, teens and children.
Where are classes located?
Classes are held in my art studio in downtown Clayton, North Carolina. I will send you the specific address once scheduled.
What will classes be like?
Classes are provided on an individual basis so we can customize your time to fit your interests. My approach is to guide you on the fundamental techniques while giving you complete freedom to choose what you create. I want to encourage you to stretch your creative muscles and find your own artistic voice through experimentation and play with different materials and techniques.
Is there an experience or age level requirement?
Nope! I am happy to teach both kids and adults at any level. You just need the interest!
What is the schedule and billing like?
Two-hour sessions seem to be ideal but one-hour sessions are also an option. In terms of frequency, once a week or once every other week is recommended but we can do what fits your schedule best. My hours include 10am-12pm and 1pm-7pm, Mon-Fri.
My rate is $40/hour. I can purchase supplies for you and add the amount to the class cost, or share a recommended list of items for you to source and purchase. I can bill monthly or per class. Payment must be processed prior to the class session.
